The Fallsview Indoor Water Park in Niagara Falls Canada is a great family destination serving tourists and locals alike.
The water park is part of the Falls Avenue Entertainment Complex.
This sprawling hotel/entertainment mall is located on Falls Avenue between Bender Street and Clifton Hill Niagara Falls, right across the road from the American Falls and a few blocks away from the bigger (Canadian) Horsehoe Falls.
Although this Niagara Falls water park is officially affiliated with four nearby hotels (see next page for Accommodation information), you don’t have to be a guest at one of those places to visit the park (NOTE: this is NOT the case for all hotel water parks).
This park is for everyone! The smart people who run it even offer a discount for local residents … very intelligent, since locals are the ones who try it, fall in love with it, and talk it up when company comes to town! One warning, however: tickets for day passes are limited (for safety reasons, there's a maximum room capacity), so if you're planning to go, try to book ahead.
The tough reviewers on tripadvisor.com have given the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark a 4.5 star rating (out of 5 stars) – amazing when you consider that people use review sites to complain more often than to praise (such is the reality of human nature). Comments include: “friendly well-trained staff, warm water, clean facilities, best bang for your buck, great for kids and adults” etc.
Although the Fallsview indoor water park is popular during the summer, it’s open year-round, and just might be your answer to “Where do we go for winter vacation this year?” If you can’t find the time or money to take a trip to a tropical beach, then you might want to try this closer “indoor beach” location. You’ll find warm water, waterslides, minigolf, Jacuzzis… everything but the sand.

Although the waterpark is a great place for kids, adults can enjoy it too.
Need a Mental Health Day? (Don't we all?) Try the outdoor pool and sundeck for sunny days. Or you can slip into one of the adult-only Jacuzzis called The Horseshoe Hotsprings.

You can’t bring your own food in, but Planet Hollywood Beach Club cafe offers snacks and drinks. The Planet Bar also serves alcoholic beverages.
There’s also a food court within the Falls Avenue Entertainment Complex; you can re-enter the same day if you’re wearing your wrist pass.
Of course on a nice day you can just store your lunch in your car and then have a picnic in the gorgeous Niagara Park gardens down the street, facing one of the best views in the whole world!

Note: Niagara Canada residents and residents of Niagara Falls USA can save a bundle by showing their address … You’ll pay LESS than half the normal price. Sweet deal! I guess they know you’ll be back…
Lockers: You can rent lockers if you want to leave your clothes and purse etc in safekeeping. They provide towels or you can bring your own from home. And of course there are change rooms.
There are always several lifeguards on duty.
